Hoy os vengo a enseñar nuestra biblioteca de aula, un rincón muy especial en nuestra clase y del que cuidamos con especial cariño.

Today I want to share with you our classroom library, a very special corner in our room and one we take care of with special love.
Lo primero que tenemos es el banner de "Library", el cual distingue este rincón del resto del aula. Podéis descargarlo pinchando en la imagen correspondiente:

Nuestra biblioteca consta de tres secciones:
Our library consists of three sections:
1. Juegos
En la balda de arriba tenemos los juegos para nuestras sesiones de Mates Divertidas y para cuando terminan rápido. Los tenemos organizados en tuppers de plástico para que les resulte más fácil recoger cuando terminan de jugar.
1. Games
At the top shelf we have the games for our Fun Maths sessions and for fast-finishers. We have them organised in plastic tupperwares for making it easier for them to tidy up after themselves.
2. Libros de aula
En las otras dos baldas de la estantería de madera tenemos los libros que se pueden leer dentro del aula. Al igual que los juegos, pueden acudir a ellos al terminar una actividad.
2. Classroom books
In the other two wooden shelves we have the books they can read inside our classroom. As it happened with the games, they can be used when they've finished an activity.
3. Libros para casa
La estantería de Disney la hemos dedicado a organizar aquellos libros que se llevan a casa todas las semanas. Esta funciona como una biblioteca normal, es decir, los libros están divididos en distintos géneros y están numerados. Esto les facilita el apuntar qué libro se llevan, cuál han devuelto y cuántos llevan leídos.
Para ello utilizamos un registro y unos carnets de los que os hablaré en otro post.
3. Home books
We use the Disney shelf for those books they can take home every week. This one works as a normal library, that is, books are divided in different genres and they all have a number. This makes it easier for students to write the book they are taking, the one they are returning and how many they have already read.
With that aim, we use a register and ID cards. I will talk about them on a different post.
