Estantería con cajas de cereales ♥ Shelf out of cereal boxes

¡Hola, confettis!

Hace tiempo que llevaba pensando en cambiar el sistema que tengo para organizar mis papeles para la semana. En Pinterest vi que varias profes habían utilizado cajas de cereales o de Correos para hacerse una estantería la mar de apañada. ¡A mí me faltó tiempo para empezar a recolectar cajas por todos lados! Así que mi compi Carmen me guardó estas y, cuando tuve todas, ¡mirad lo que hice con ellas!

I have been thinking for a while of changing the system I have for organising all of my paperwork for the week. I was scrolling through Pinterest when I saw various teachers who had used cereal or mail boxes for creating a super handy shelf. I couldn't wait for collecting the boxes! So my teacher bestie Carmen gave me these and, when I had them all, look at what I did with them!

En este proyecto he utilizado los siguientes materiales:

↠ Cajas de cereales.
↠ Tijeras.
↠ Celo de doble cara.
↠ Cartulina rosa.
↠ Cinta americana amarilla.
↠ Washi tape.

In this project I have used the following resources:

↠ Cereal boxes.
↠ Scissors.
↠ Double-sided tape.
↠ Pink card.
↠ Yellow duct tape.
↠ Washi tape.

En primer lugar, cogí 5 cajas. Yo utilicé una para cada día de la semana, pero podéis hacer la estantería con cuantas cajas queráis, incluso podéis construir un casillero. A continuación, recorté las solapas de la parte de arriba, de forma que me quedase un hueco sin nada que lo obstruyese.

First and foremost, I took 5 boxes. I used one for each day of the week, but you can make your shelf with how many boxes you'd like. Afterwards, I cut out the flaps from the top of the box, so that I had an empty hole with nothing that could block it.

Para pegar las cajas, utilicé celo de doble cara superresistente. Puse cuatro tiras (una en cada lado).

For sticking the boxes together, I used super-resistant double-sided tape. I placed four stripes (one per side).

Así, fui apilando las cajas unas encima de otras hasta conseguir la estructura que yo quería.

That way, I continued piling up the boxes until I got the structure I wanted.

Después, la forré con cartulina rosa, la cual pegué utilizando también el celo de doble cara.

Then, I covered everything with pink card, which I stuck using the double-sided tape again.

Por último, añadí etiquetas con los días de la semana y la decoré utilizando cinta americana amarilla y washi tape con dibujos de arcoíris.

Finally, I added the labels with the days of the week and I decorated it using yellow duct tape and rainbow washi tape.
